Allods is broken

Since installing my new graphics card and drivers, I cannot play Allods anymore!!!!
Everything I have tried so far:
Game repair tool too many times to count
Repair.exe on the support forums x 3
Changed the Loader.exe to Loader0.exe too many times to count
Uninstalled Allods and re-downloaded it fresh from the gpotato site.

Every time I launch Allods, whether from desktop shortcut or from C/gpotato/bin/launder.exe (or AOgame.exe) here's what happens:

The main screen comes up where you click play in the right bottom corner.  When I click it, it says Starting...  another window comes up for a millisecond and immediately closes.  Then it just sits there Starting..... forever, nothing is clickable at this point.

I give up.  I even uninstalled my new graphics drivers, rebooted and then re-installed them.

Went back to World of Warcraft, at least it works.

If anyone can help me get Allods working, I will definitely be back with bells on!!!

I just can't take any more frustration trying to get the damn broken Launcher.exe to work.

Ranish in order to try and help you with this we'll need a little more info ok?

1.  What version of Windows are you using?  (i.e.  XP, Vista, Windows 7, etc.)
2.  What make and model is your videocard?  (i.e.  MSI NX7700 and is it Nvidia or ATI chipset)

I heard one of the other members on Mumble say he has a similar problem and can take up to 10 mins to get in the game.  I'll ask the other geeks in guild and see if we can find a fix for you, so don't give up on Allods just yet.  =)

Have you tried to manually patch the game?  If not I have copied the info for manual patches below.

Ranish, have you tried manually patching the game using the patches in my post below?  Only other person who has a similar issue as you just spends like 10mins kicking up the launcher until it finally loads and lets him in.
