Script runetime error main.nut :the index: 'version' does not Exist

Well tried to start the game this mronign and 3-% into my update d/l  the update froze and i got the message i posted in my subject. Researched the problem and it looks like a VERY common error so. As far as i've seen from scouring forums and blogs only three ways to fix this. One being the manual patch (does not work for everyone), two being uninstalling/reinstalling the game (doesn't work for everyone) and the third being a complete uninstall and redownload from a seperate downoad host than the one you used to originally download the game (does not work for everyone). Seems like it's a big time corruption error or something.

And in my personal opinion something needs to be done by the dev team to fix the problem considering sSO many people, and there really isn't an easy fix. I'll blog up some stuff once i know more about what exactly is going on.

Also i tried some code placement int he Dev file but that didn't work either so.

If any of you have had the same problem and/or found an easier solution. Let me know or put it up for others. Thanks guys!

What game are you talking about?  TSW plays quite a few games together, it seems.  If is Allods, which had something similar happen not to long ago, you may still have had the CB client still installed.  The OB client required a fairly small manual update with the instructions:

Close Patch Client -> DL Updater -> Reopen Patch Client -> Run Updater(with patcher open) -> Wait for update to finish -> Reset computer(a lot of people needed to do this, it seems) -> Enjoy

If it was something more recent, I know nothing about it.  If it is some other game, likewise.
